Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Watch Expert, you are the face of our brand. Your mission will include:

  • Expert Advisory: Sell and provide professional advice on luxury watches and high-end accessories.

  • Customer Journey: Handle customer orders from initial inquiry through to after-sales support.

  • Boutique Operations: Support daily store operations to ensure a premium shopping environment.

  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain lasting relationships with local and international collectors.

Who We Are Looking For

  • Passion Driven: A genuine interest in watches and the luxury retail industry.

  • Communicator: Fluent in English. Proficiency in Mandarin or Bahasa is a strong advantage.

  • Team Player: A positive, dynamic individual who thrives in a collaborative environment.

  • Experience: Previous experience in retail or luxury sales is preferred.
